Preparing for Rotary Year 2024-25 as a Club President (Learning Series Begins September 2023)
Learning and planning opportunities empower Rotary Club Presidents-Elect to have a fun and fulfilling year.  Together, we collaborate, sharing best practices and innovative ideas to elevate our clubs to new heights.
 
Presidents-Elect Training and Forum with District Governor-Elect Ted Faigle begins Tuesday, September 5, 2023, 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. HST and monthly on the first Tuesday same time period, October 3, and November 7.  All sessions are via Zoom (same Zoom link for each session).  Mark your calendar and if you must miss a session, please take time to review the appropriate recorded session below.
 
This is all followed with Pre-PETS on Saturday, January 20, 2024, 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. HST.  This is the last training and preparation session (via Zoom) for Presidents-Elect before they travel to and take part in Southwest Presidents-Elect Training Seminar (SW PETS)
 
SW PETS from February 1 to 4, 2024 at LAX Marriott in Los Angeles, California (see below for details).
 
After graduating SW PETS and returning home, Presidents-Elect Forum with DGE Ted will resume and will focus on skills and topics to set you up for success.  These sessions are monthly on the first Tuesday, 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. HST on March 5, April 2, and May 7 via Zoom (same Zoom link for each session).
For each session, there is recommended pre-work to complete.  These are short online courses in the Rotary Learning Center at rotary.org, My Rotary.  If you have not already, go to rotary.org and set up an account login for My Rotary.
 
Below is the pre-work and the featured agenda topic for each of our sessions. We will have a district expert speak with us briefly on each topic and also have plenty of time for discussion and sharing ideas and best practices with each other.  After the session, the recorded session (VIDEO) will be available to access.
