Running the annual Rotary in Hawai'i District Conference requires a lot of help from Rotarians, friends of Rotarians, companies, and community organization. If you have the means, your DISCON Planning Committee appreciates your participation as a sponsor of DISCON Hilo 2023.
There are a number of sponsorship categories to consider. Sponsorship opportunities are for all Rotarians, Rotary Clubs, or Districts as well as companies, other clubs, organizations, and any friends of Rotarians.

- Fill out the form
- Select the sponsorship category and select the events, if applicable
- Mail the paper form with your payment (check) to Rotary in Hawai'i District 5000 Conference 2023, P.O. Box 10920, Hilo, Hawaii 96721
- Email your camera-ready artwork (business card, or print ad, logo) to NancyC@daylum.com

AD SPECIFICATIONS
- Ad sizes are:
- Calling card-sized ad is a standard business card dimension of 3.50" x 2.00" featuring the business name and logo, name, contact information, and website
- Quarter-page ad in the 2023 DISCON Program Book is 2.75" x 2.00"
- Half-page ad in the 2023 DISCON Program Book is 5.50" x 4.25"
- Full-page ad in the 2023 DISCON Program Book is 5.50" x 8.50"
- Camera-ready artwork
- Do not submit scanned business cards or printed ads or logos as camera-ready artwork
- Ideally, submit camera-ready artwork in a PDF or EPS file format. All fonts and photos must be embedded. Photos should be at least 300 DPI. All color within an ad should be CMYK or grayscale, not RGB or Pantone. All line art should have a resolution of 1200 dpi.
- Full page bleed should extend at least 1/8″ per side; otherwise, ad to be printed with trim
