As a joint effort by the generous sponsors of Hawai'i Rotary District 5000 Clubs, RYLA is all about developing your leadership skills, empowering you to make a positive impact in your school and community.

At RYLA, we believe that leadership isn't just a title, it's a mindset that can be nurtured and developed in everyone. Whether you're a 10th or 11th grade student attending a public or private high school in Hawaii, RYLA welcomes you! Our program is packed with engaging activities and thought-provoking discussions to stimulate your leadership potential and equip you with the tools you need to thrive.
