- Passenger pick up on Hele-On Bus is located in the Center area of the airport - refer to map. REMINDER: Hele-On Bus is FREE this month of May!
- Customers of rideshare services such as Uber, Lyft, and other companies can only be picked up at the designated area at the airport (located at the West End of the airport - refer to map)
- Customers of both pre-arranged and on-demand taxi are also picked up at a designate area (West End area of the airport - refer to map)
- Customers of car rental providers should proceed to the car rental counter (located in the Center area of the airport - refer to map)
