Have you ever wanted to experience a Rotary International Convention? Now is the time to start planning! The 2027 Rotary International Convention will be held in Barcelona, Spain, June 26–30, 2027, and District 5000 is planning to be there!
EARLY REGISTRATION OPENS SEPTEMBER 17! A special registration rate is available for five days only.
Register by September 21 at 11:59 p.m. (Chicago time) to secure your place at the best registration rate. Important deadlines:
September 21, 2026: Last day for special promotional discount
March 31, 2027: Last day for pre-registration discount
June 30, 2027: Last day for onsite registration

What Your Convention Registration Includes
Your in-person registration includes a full day of activities:
• Admission to the convention’s opening and closing ceremonies and general sessions, where you’ll hear from inspiring and entertaining speakers, including top leaders in our organization.
• Informative breakout sessions to help you build your communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Opportunities to network and exchange ideas while browsing the project and fellowship booths in the House of Friendship.
• Entertainment provided by local artists and musicians in the House of Friendship and at the general sessions.
• Transportation between your hotel and the convention venue, if you booked your hotel through Rotary’s official housing partner, Maritz.
District 5000 Room Block
District 5000 will be coordinating a room block for Rotarians who plan to attend the convention.
If you are interested in joining us in Barcelona, please let Beverly know whether you plan to register and whether you would like to stay in the District 5000 room block.
A special registration link for our room block participants will be provided so we can determine how many rooms to secure.
Housing options will be available in September 2026 through bnetwork, Rotary’s local housing partner.
Important: In accordance with the recently approved Rotary International policy, the official Rotary Housing block is reserved exclusively for individuals registered for the convention. Hotel rooms held by non-registered attendees will result in cancellation of the reservation.
