HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS NOW AVAILABLE

BOOK HOTEL HERE

District Governor Ted Faigel (RC Poipu Beach) has secured a room block with the Outrigger Ka'anapali for the Malama Maui Weekend (April 25-26). Many thanks to our friends in Rotary District 5280 for researching and setting it up for us. The Outrigger has been very flexible and accommodating.

For this group room booking you will need to sign up and pay with a credit card to the District and the District will pay the hotel directly (you will not pay the hotel directly). The room block is for Thursday (4/24), Friday (4/25), and Saturday (4/26) nights. You may choose 1, 2, or 3 nights. If you wish to request additional days at the same hotel rate for up to three days before or after the room block, you will have the option to do so. A porterage fee ($12.00; required by a union contract) and taxes (17.962%) will be added to the total room rate, but the resort fee and self-parking fee have been waived.  There is also an optional breakfast buffet add-on of $33.00 inclusive of tax per person per breakfast.

Please sign up for a room before April 1, 2025, to get this special rate.  You will have to pay the market rack rate and all fees if you decide later after April 1 to book a room.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION NEEDS TO BE DETERMINED

We will need your assistance in helping us determine what transportation needs (if any) will be arranged.  Please let us know your arrival time and departure time.  Once we consolidate this information, we will announce plans.

MEALS WHILE ON MAUI

The District will be providing lunch sourced by our Maui Rotarians for the service project dates.  All other meals are on your own.
